How we work

Four small steps. The rest is on us.

From the first call to the boarding pass, the same person looks after you. There is no portal to log into, no ticket to chase, no recording that says “your call is important.” A short conversation, and we take it from there.

01
The first call

Tell us where, and how you like to fly.

A short call or a few lines by email. The route, the dates, who's travelling — and the small things that turn into the big ones in the air. Aisle or window. Whether you prefer to land before midday. The airline you'd rather not fly.

For new clients, this conversation takes ten minutes once, and we keep the answers on file from then on.

A quiet desk and a phone
02
In the office

We arrange two or three considered options.

Itineraries on the airlines we'd put our own family on. Fares secured through long-standing relationships — typically 22% below the published price, sometimes more on long-haul.

No screenshots of fifteen near-identical flights. Just the right answers, in plain English, with the trade-offs honestly named.

03
You decide

A reply when you can. Not before.

Sleep on it. Ask for one more option. Or simply say "the second one." Ticketing, seat selection, special meals, frequent-flyer numbers, chauffeur transfers — all handled in one go, in one conversation.

Payment is by bank transfer or card. Invoices arrive the same day. Corporate accounts are billed monthly, VAT-ready.

On the day

We are there when you fly.

Lounge access confirmed. Transfer cars booked. A schedule change at 2am handled before you wake. If something goes wrong at the airport, you phone one number and a real person sorts it — direct lines into our airline partners, no hold queue.

You hear from us when there's something worth saying. Not before.

A word from the office
“Our clients don't come to us for the price. They come because they've stopped wanting to think about it. That's the thing we sell — the not-having-to-think. The fare just happens to be quietly better than booking direct with the airline.”
MonisFounder · Rizka Travel Limited
What it includes

Quietly, on every booking.

A named contact

Not a duty desk. A person who learns how you travel and remembers the details.

24-hour reachability

Direct mobile for active travellers. Used sparingly, answered promptly.

Schedule-change handling

Re-routings, hotel overnights, missed connections — we deal with the airline; you don't.

Lounge & ground

Arrivals lounges, fast-track passes, chauffeur transfers — arranged together with the ticket.

Seat & meal preferences

On file from the first booking — applied automatically thereafter.

ATOL protection

Every package financially protected. ATOL number on every confirmation.

A word on fees

We don't add a percentage. We earn ours from the airline.

There is no consultation fee, no booking fee, no “service charge.” Our income comes from long-standing commercial relationships with the airlines themselves — relationships that also let us secure fares below the published price.

In plain English: you pay less than you would booking direct, and we are still paid properly. It's the part of the model people find hardest to believe, until they've seen the invoice.

For private aviation and unusually complex itineraries — multi-stop, group, last-minute — a small arrangement fee may apply. We tell you upfront, never after.

Ready when you are

Where shall we send you?

Start with a short form, or pick up the phone. Either way, someone is at the other end of it.

Letters we keep

In the words of clients who've stayed.

I haven't booked a flight myself in four years. They know which seat I want on the A380, that I prefer to land before midday, and the hotel that runs a quiet floor. I phone, they call back, and it's done.

Our directors travel constantly and finance need everything reconciled. Travelin Business is the only piece of the operation no one complains about. VAT-ready, on time, and quietly cheaper than what we were paying.
Sarah M. · EA to the CEO · Mayfair-based fund
I've used corporate travel agents before. This is different. One person handles everything, I never repeat myself, and the pricing has been better than anything I could find online.
James R. · Managing Partner · Private equity, London
They found me a First Class seat on a fully booked flight. I don't know how, but I've stopped questioning it. I just send the date and destination now.
Amara K. · Advisory Board Member · Dubai & London
The trip was complex — three cities, six flights, a tight schedule. They threaded it together without a single hiccup. Every connection held, every upgrade cleared.
David S. · CEO · Technology, San Francisco
What sets them apart is the follow-through. After the booking, after the trip — there's always a human who remembers you. That's rare in travel.
