For new clients, this conversation takes ten minutes once, and we keep the answers on file from then on.
We arrange two or three options.
We search every available fare across the airlines we trust — not just the published price. Within a few hours, you have two or three options with a short note on each. No algorithms, no search results to scroll: just the itineraries we'd put our own family on.
We hold fares for 48 hours once we've quoted them. The price you're given is the price you pay.
By phone or by email, in your own time.
Pick the itinerary that suits — or ask us to adjust. Once confirmed, we handle ticketing, seat selection, dietary requirements, frequent-flyer numbers and everything else. You receive a single confirmation by email; nothing further is needed from you.
If something needs changing — dates, passengers, cabin — we handle it quietly. One message to us is all it takes.
Everything arranged before you leave the house.
Lounge access confirmed. Chauffeur transfer booked and briefed. Seat preferences applied. Any dietary requirement noted. Any visa requirement flagged, with a note from us on what is needed. The things that usually only become problems at the airport.
Where possible, we go further: the hotel nearest to the terminal when you need an early departure; the quiet lounge you might not have known about; the seat that gets off the aircraft first.
Your money is protected.
Every booking made through Travelin Business is ATOL protected under licence 12118. Which means, if an airline fails, your money is returned, and we arrange the alternative. A simple thing, but worth saying plainly.
