The four cabins worth flying in.
Premium Economy for the day flights. Business for the working overnighters. First when you need to land able to think. Private when the schedule writes itself. Each one held to the airlines we know best.
A working flight, with sleep at the end of it.
The cabin most of our clients live in. Lie-flat suites, direct aisle access, lounges that actually feel like lounges. The right airlines on this cabin are very good; the wrong ones, less so — we know the difference.
For overnight sectors, we tend toward Qatar Q-Suite, BA Club Suite, ANA “The Room”, Virgin Upper. For day flights, the seat matters less; the lounge and the timing more.
Lie-flat 1-2-1 layout, direct aisle access, sliding door on the better suites.
Lounge access at both ends, fast-track security, priority bag tags as standard.
Multi-course menus, dine-on-demand on the long-haul carriers, proper wine.
Seat selection, dietary requirements, chauffeur transfers and arrivals lounges.
A small private room at altitude.
A separate bed, a separate seat, a sliding door that closes. Dining on your schedule rather than the airline's. The cabin where the airport experience starts in a different terminal.
Eight airlines fly a serious first product. We know which routes still get the original aircraft, which destinations make it worth the difference, and when business class is honestly the better answer.
Private suite with sliding doors, separate bed (on most), 1-1 layout, double suites on Etihad and Singapore.
Separate terminals at LHR, DXB, SIN. The Concorde Room, Al Safwa, Wing First.
À la carte, on your timing. Pre-ordered dishes on select carriers. Caviar still served, in places.
Chauffeur transfers (included by most carriers), private check-in, onward bookings synced.
Your aircraft, your hours.
When the schedule writes itself, when the meeting can't move, when there are five of you and three cities in two days. Sourced through the operators we've used for years — safety record verified, crew known by name.
Empty-leg opportunities passed on quietly when they fit a route a client has mentioned. Often a sensible upgrade on what was going to be a commercial flight anyway.
Your party, your catering, your music. Pets accommodated; conference setups configurable.
FBO arrival 15 minutes before take-off; car to wing, wing to car.
Quietly flagged when one matches your usual routes. Often half the full charter rate.
Operator selection, catering, ground handling, immigration where relevant.

In the words of clients who've stayed.
“I haven't booked a flight myself in four years. They know which seat I want on the A380, that I prefer to land before midday, and the hotel that runs a quiet floor. I phone, they call back, and it's done.”Henry C. · Chairman · London & Geneva
“Our directors travel constantly and finance need everything reconciled. Travelin Business is the only piece of the operation no one complains about. VAT-ready, on time, and quietly cheaper than what we were paying.”Sarah M. · EA to the CEO · Mayfair-based fund
