Travelin Business began as a single desk arranging premium-cabin flights — First, Business and Premium Economy — through long-standing relationships with the airlines. The same team now also runs HighStreet Holidays, our sister brand for complete luxury packages. Two specialisms, one team, one set of standards.

Travelin Business began in 2017 as a small desk in north-west London, securing First and Business class fares below the published price through long-standing relationships with the airlines — for a short list of friends-of-friends. By year three, the friends were forwarding us to their colleagues, and the colleagues were calling about more than just the fare.
What they wanted, it turned out, was a person who took the airline part of their week off their hands. The fare came along for the ride. From that grew our sister brand, HighStreet Holidays — same team, same standards, applied to complete luxury packages rather than flights alone.
Today the office looks after a few hundred individual travellers and a small list of corporate accounts. We don't plan to grow much. We plan to be reachable.
Genuinely friendly, but composed. We don't gush. Warmth shows in attention to the small things — your usual seat, the airline you'd rather not fly — not in volume.
Quiet confidence about the fare and about the problem. When something goes wrong, we own it. We do not say "the airline says" and walk away.
Not loud at all. Short sentences. Space around them. Lines open 24/7, but you'll only hear from us when there is something worth saying.
There is always a named human at the end of every email and every call. We write as I and we, never as a faceless system.
