Cape Town.
Direct in eleven and a half hours.
Cape Town is the rare long-haul destination with two strong British carriers running it direct, daily, from Heathrow. Eleven and a half hours — one of the most manageable long-haul routes we book.
Two strong carriers. One direct. One reason to stop.
BA and Virgin Atlantic both operate direct from Heathrow daily. Club Suite and Upper Class on the overnight — both genuinely strong, and the right choice depends on which lounge you prefer and whether you want to land on BA miles or Virgin Points.
Qatar Airways via Doha is worth considering for clients who want First class — the Al Safwa First Lounge in Doha is the best ground experience in the Middle East, and the Q-Suite Business is excellent if the schedule suits.
Cape Town is one of our most popular wine and garden route destinations. We also arrange onward connections to Johannesburg, the Cape Winelands and the garden route on the same booking.

British Airways
Direct from LHR. Club Suite on the overnight is the default for most of our CPT clients. First Wing before departure, Concorde Room for some.
Airline profile →Virgin Atlantic
Direct from LHR on the A330. Upper Class is consistently strong; the Clubhouse before departure is one of the best lounges in Europe.
Airline profile →Qatar Airways
Via Doha — the argument is the Al Safwa lounge and the First product. Q-Suite Business is excellent if the timing works.

Open the London → Cape Town route pageNovember to April is the Cape summer.
Cape Town is genuinely seasonal — the Mediterranean climate means summer (Nov–Apr) is when most clients want to go. It's also when fares peak.
Early summer · best balance
Warm and dry before the Christmas peak. November is our strongest fare window of the year for Cape Town — book 3 months ahead.
Christmas peak · the busiest
Highest demand and highest fares. The most popular time to go — especially for families. Book Business 5–6 months ahead.
Late summer · still excellent
The harvest season in the Winelands, warm beach weather, and fares significantly below the Christmas peak.
Cape winter · different and quieter
Wetter and cooler (but mild by UK standards). The best fares of the year. A good time for wine country and fewer tourists.
Cape Town and beyond.
Most Cape Town bookings include at least one onward sector — the Garden Route, Cape Winelands, Kruger National Park, or Johannesburg. We arrange domestic South African flights on the same booking.
For safari and complete luxury packages — lodge, internal flights and international travel — our sister brand HighStreet Holidays arranges the full itinerary.

Quick answers on Cape Town.
BA or Virgin to Cape Town?
Both are strong direct options. The choice typically comes down to lounge preference (BA's Concorde Room vs Virgin's Clubhouse) and frequent flyer programme. We'll give you both quotes and let you decide.
Is Qatar via Doha worth the stop?
If First class is the goal, yes — the Al Safwa lounge is the best First lounge in the world, and the Q-Suite is an excellent Business product. The total journey time is 14–15 hours, which is still manageable.
Is there a direct flight from Manchester?
Not at present — LHR is the only UK departure for direct services. From Manchester, we route via Heathrow on BA or Virgin, or via Doha on Qatar, on a single through-ticket.
Is it ATOL protected?
Yes. Every booking is ATOL protected under licence 12118.

In the words of clients who've stayed.
“I haven't booked a flight myself in four years. They know which seat I want on the A380, that I prefer to land before midday, and the hotel that runs a quiet floor. I phone, they call back, and it's done.”Henry C. · Chairman · London & Geneva
“Our directors travel constantly and finance need everything reconciled. Travelin Business is the only piece of the operation no one complains about. VAT-ready, on time, and quietly cheaper than what we were paying.”Sarah M. · EA to the CEO · Mayfair-based fund
