London
→ Singapore.
Thirteen hours direct. Singapore Airlines runs the route they invented — and the Suites are still the reference point for everything else.
The A380 Suites. Still the benchmark.
Singapore Airlines Suites — the six enclosed cabins on the upper deck — remain the product against which every other First class is measured. A sliding door, a separate ottoman, dining together if you choose. Worth flying for the experience itself.
Business class on the same aircraft is consistently rated among the three best in the world. We book both, and we tell you which is worth the difference on your specific dates.
Singapore is also our most popular stopover for Australia. An overnight at Changi turns a 22-hour journey into two manageable segments.
Three honest options.

One dominant carrier, two strong alternatives.
Singapore Airlines
The Suites are the reason to fly SQ. Business on the A380 is consistently among the three best in the world.
Airline profile →British Airways
Via LHR on the A380. The argument for BA is the Concorde Room before departure.
Airline profile →Qatar Airways
Via Doha — a strong alternative for clients whose dates suit the Qatar schedule better.
Airline profile →Changi: the world's best airport, genuinely.
Terminal 3 is Singapore Airlines' home at Changi. The First Class lounge, the SilverKris lounge for Business, and the connections to every corner of Asia are why we use SIN as our default stopover for the wider region.
Changi to central Singapore is 30 minutes by MRT. We arrange transfers for clients who prefer a car.
For onward travel — Bali, Sydney, Tokyo, the Maldives — we arrange the connections on the same ticket wherever the alliance allows.
Often booked with Singapore.
The seasons are upside down.
Australian summer · peak
Warmest weather, overlaps UK Christmas, sells out first. Book 4–6 months ahead for the strongest premium availability.
Australian autumn · best value
Mild weather, smaller crowds, and the strongest negotiated fares of the year. The single sweet spot we recommend.
Quieter winter, Vivid & whales
Cool but bright; Vivid Sydney lights up the city in May–June, and humpback whales pass along the coast.
Spring shoulder
Warming up, blooming, good premium availability before the December rush. 2–4 months is usually enough lead time.
Five quick straight answers.
Are there nonstop flights from London to Sydney?
Not yet. Every current premium fare is one-stop via Asia or the Middle East — around 22–23 hours total. Qantas plans a nonstop service on the A350 ULR (Project Sunrise) expected from 2027. We will update this page when it goes on sale.
How long does the journey take?
Roughly 22 to 23 hours including transit, depending on airline and hub. Doha and Dubai routings are usually the shortest total time; Singapore and Hong Kong add a little but offer the strongest transit experiences.
Which cabin is worth it on this route?
On a journey this long, Business class — lie-flat bed, lounge access at every airport, priority throughout — is the obvious value sweet spot. First class adds privacy, space, and elevated dining for those who want the cabin to be part of the holiday.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six months for Australian-summer travel; two to four months is usually enough in shoulder seasons. We hold a small allocation on most carriers and can sometimes find premium space inside the published booking window.
Is my booking protected?
Yes. Every flight booked through us is ATOL protected under the Civil Aviation Authority scheme (ATOL 12118). The number appears on your confirmation, and your fare is held in trust until your trip is complete.

In the words of clients who've stayed.
“I haven't booked a flight myself in four years. They know which seat I want on the A380, that I prefer to land before midday, and the hotel that runs a quiet floor. I phone, they call back, and it's done.”Henry C. · Chairman · London & Geneva
“Our directors travel constantly and finance need everything reconciled. Travelin Business is the only piece of the operation no one complains about. VAT-ready, on time, and quietly cheaper than what we were paying.”Sarah M. · EA to the CEO · Mayfair-based fund
